Damion Gibbs is an engineer, investor, philanthropist, innovator, entrepreneur and believer in God-given potentials. As the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Accenius, he directs the long-term strategic direction, and investor business relations for the company. In addition, he serves as the Co-Chief Information Officer with responsibilities for chemical engineering and biotechnology research and development. Prior to Accenius, he worked as a software engineer and asset manager, fostering teamwork to analyze and design, business development initiatives and assess strategic solutions to generate investment and technological value. He supports several organizations through different roles, including Advisory Board Member at Florida Atlantic University, College of Engineering and Computer Science, Center for Smart Health; Member of the American Cancer Society (ACS) and the Miami Rescue Mission Outreach Center for the homeless and underserved community.

Damion earned an A.S in Electronics and Computer Engineering Technology from City College in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University in 2004. Damion attended Nova Southeastern University, College of Business and Entrepreneurship in 2005 and the College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009.
